Returns & Exchanges Policy

At LAVINA MODE LTD, we want every customer to feel confident and delighted with their purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you may return or exchange your items in accordance with this policy.

2. Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • Items must be returned within 21 days of delivery
  • Products must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original labels attached
  • Accessories, packaging, and any free gifts included with the order must be returned as well
  • Proof of purchase (order number) must be provided

Note: Certain products, such as final sale dresses or personalized items, are not eligible for returns or exchanges.


3. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact us at payment@lavinamode.net with your order number and reason for the return/exchange.
  2. Our support team will review your request and provide you with return instructions.
  3. Package your items securely, including all original materials, and ship them to the address provided.

Important: Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.


4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are generally responsible for the cost of returning items.
  • If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product), we will cover the shipping costs.

5. Inspection and Processing

Once your returned items are received:

  • Our team will inspect the products to ensure they meet return criteria.
  • If approved, we will process a refund or exchange.
  • If a return is rejected, we will notify you with the reason and may return the item to you.

6. Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe.
  • Processing usually takes 5–7 business days after inspection.
  • Shipping costs for the original order are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

7. Exchanges

  • If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please indicate this in your return request.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.
  • If the requested item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.

8. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Include your order number and clear photographs of the issue.
  • We will provide a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost.
